About Federico
I work at the intersection of law, economics, and technology, building the institutional infrastructure of the digital age.
The question that drives my work: what does justice look like in a world without borders, intermediaries, or shared jurisdictions? Kleros, the world's first decentralized arbitration protocol, is my answer.
As a global educator on Coursera, I've guided over 120,000 students through the legal and institutional implications of blockchain and AI.
My work has been presented at Harvard, Stanford, and Oxford, and recognized by the United Nations and the European Commission.
Today, I focus on designing systems that combine AI with decentralized human judgment to redefine the rule of law for an algorithmic society.
